"The process was very Professional. Greg came out and evaluated my old shingles roof and gave me a price to install a new metal roof. He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. "Great customer service and quick response (next day) to repair a small roof shingle issue. Only critique is I had to negotiate from the over the phone estimate down to the actual work performed, which was less. But their customer service quickly reduced the estimate and matched the work performed. Finally it was a quick and easy payment system online using debit or credit card. On a side note they informed me that my kind of roofing shingles have been recalled and I may be able to have a prorated roof replacement.
