"Never did the gutters and siding. I signed a contract and they asked for thousands of dollars more because they made a mistake. I said no. Discovered that they did not price everything I asked. Fired them off the gutter/siding job. Door project took over six months to complete. Supposed to be all white except the door. They created the frame in all white except two pieces that are tan. No one can explain why. The two ladies who took over my projects did a great job as did the team who installed the door. But the tan pieces, not pricing it properly and saying they will cancel a signed contract unless I pay more? Add to that the fact I had to wait six months and the entire experience was a disaster. Not only no but a thousand times no, I would never recommend this company. The only reason I gave one star is because this survey required at least one."

They were very professional and finished the house in the time frame they told us. The house turned out beautifully. We opted to paint a few of the rooms ourselves, so we could minimize cost. Below are pictures from the 5th and final time of the disastrous work they did on our property. Our initial installation was October of 2017. They installed the windows twice, and came back out 3 more times to fix and seal the windows after we complained about the horrible work done. It is now March of 2019 and the job is a disaster. Our home is much colder now due to them not knowing how to use silicone or any other sealant to keep out the elements. Even the owners and chief mgr came themselves and as you can see, they have no idea how to install windows properly. I urge anyone in the Middle Georgia area, Macon and everywhere else, do not under any circumstance hire Window World of Middle Georgia to sell you or install windows in your home. You will surely regret it as we are now being advised by legal counsel on next steps to see how we may recover the now thousands of dollars in damage and hire a more reputable company to take out and replace all the disastrous work that WINDOW WORLD OF MIDDLE GEORGIA did. #AbsoluteWorstWindowInstallersOnEarth"
