"Excellent company. We have used them twice and both projects were impecably done. Very cordial and willing to work around our needs. Efficient and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting quality work for their home."

"We hired Derik to remodel a 30-year-old bathroom. Derik was always on top of communicating with us before and during the project. He kept us in the loop on progress and if he ran into any issues. He delivered on both the quoted price and time to complete the job. We were very impressed with his overall view, prep work and clean-up. The remodel turned out beautifully!!! Derik was professional, on schedule, and workmanship was spot on. We’re very happy with his work, would highly recommend, and are willing to hire him again."

"I highly recommend this contractor! The quality of work was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and paid close attention to every detail. The workmanship exceeded my expectations, and you can truly tell they take pride in what they do! I would definitely use them again!"

"I am having a full master bath and kitchen remodel done with new layouts in both rooms and knocking out a wall. Evolution worked with me to quickly get a drawing done of the new layouts so that the contractor could get started on the project. They made sure to include me in the process so that the design would be done exactly as my wife and I envisioned. They communicated effectively throughout the process and were always courteous and professional. I recommend them to anyone with drafting needs."

"We had the pleasure of working with Valorie , who was very professional, detail oriented. She knew exactly what needed to be done to receive our permits in a timely manner. Excellent rapport with the local city. Would highly recommend her services."

"Jeremy and his tile installer Jose (aka "Chewy") made this challenging job a rewarding experience in more ways than one. The project was to renovate three 1870ish fireplaces. For two of these, we were using a subway tile to emulate a Victorian-era look. The third involved a combination of slate and decorative tiles. Naturally in this old house, nothing is square, level, or plumb. Furthermore, we had a firm deadline to be met. And as so often happens with jobs like this, there were unhappy surprises requiring more work and time by the contractor than was expected. Despite all this, Jeremy and Chewy arranged their schedules (even working on a holiday) and used their creativity to overcome the issues and complete the job by the date Jeremy had committed to. Furthermore, although the project clearly was more time-consuming and complicated than anticipated, Jeremy honorably held to his bid price. The quality of the work was excellent, again particularly so when considering the construction issues this old house threw at the guys. Throughout the process, Jeremy kept us regularly posted and was always very professional and responsive - he uses his smart phone's capabilities to provide near real-time communication. Chewy has been installing tile for over 20 years, and his experience as well as aesthetic sensibility really shows. For our 3rd fireplace, we discovered that the slate tiles were about a quarter-inch larger both length and width than the decorative tiles; that required Chewy cutting the stone tiles to fit - slate is a challenging material to work with but Chewy handled it with ease . Chewy also ensured that the layout of the disparate slate tiles along with decorative tiles was done in the most eye-pleasing fashion. Altogether, the final result is spectacular. On Chewy's phone he keeps a library of past projects which proves that his design and craftmanship skills are nothing short of exceptional. I would not hesitate even one moment to give my highest recommendation to Jeremy and Chewy for any tile installation project. Thanks again, guys!"

"Pablo is the best contractor I have ever hired in my life (age 67). He gave reasonable estimates in a extremely professional way. His subcontractors to do the tiling and excavation did perfect work done expeditiously. They were no nonsense but very friendly and were frankly, a joy to have around the house. My bathroom belongs in a design magazine. In the lifetime I have left, I will hire Pablo and Simplicity Construction for any construction job for everything this house needs. He is also a terrific guy. On time, within budget, beautiful work, friendly and dependable work. What else is left?"
