He will also provide renderings of your vision so you are able to physically SEE your ideas from your head to almost life:-).I will add, when designing, I had a vision, but no real idea of how much my vision would cost. Now the beautiful plans, are a bit costly to build. I will suggest developing your plans with the potential GC and architect at the same time if you value adhering to a build-out budget. As with all projects things changed as we went along and I found Jeremy to be flexible. If he said he would be at my house at 7am, he was always punctual. A couple weeks after the project was completed there was a small problem with the granite. I texted him, he contacted the company and arranged for the issue to be corrected.
