"Terrible service asked to have someone give estimate. Was asked to take pics and mark replacement pickets (Lazy). On day of appointment didn't show up till 3:30 tore fence apart(Thursday)and left. Said they would be back in morning never showed up. I had to call company at 12pm to get update. Just to be shuffled around and told someone would be by Tuesday at the earliest to "look" at it. Garbage service yard looks like a construction site. Papers used to mark fence thrown in yard. Fence pickets and posts scattered across the lawn."

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First, I ordered 6x8 panels of white vinyl fencing. His employees began installing 6x6 panels without informing me of the change. When I asked the workers if this was the 6x8 panels, they told me that it wasn't and they knew I requested the 6x8 panels. No one bothered to ask me if I still wanted this service with the smaller panels. A worker informed me he called Justin and told him they didn't have the correct fence. Then, like other reviews state, a one day job turned into 2-3 days to complete. Also, like other reviews, the workers left without saying a word. Since the fence has been completed, I have spoken with Dustin several times, in person and over the phone. I had to haggle them to lower the cost of my installation because the 6x8 (which I ordered) cost more than the 6x6 I was given. The fence is wobbly in many sections and there are a few posts that have a serious looseness. I have called many times and even visited the office to have this work corrected and says he will show up to look and has yet to do so. He always gives an excuse as to why he did not show up, and now he does not even answer my phone calls. It has been over a month now and I am unsatisfied with the work I received, especially considering the cost of a vinyl fence. Consider using a different fencing company."
