"Mel and his crew remodeled my kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and replaced my back deck. They took down a wall between my kitchen and livingroom to really open the space. They did a wonderful job. They were on time and Mel and Micheal were always available to answer any questions I had. The whole remodel took a few weeks longer than expected but that was due to deliveries being postponed. A few subcontractors were a little messy or didn't clean up but Micheal was there to correct all the issues usually before I said anything or even noticed. Overall I was pleased and my husband and I are so happy in our newly remodeled home!"

"Doug Spohn was recommended by the architect we had design the remodel/addition. The first thing that stood out to me was his punctuality.  He said he would be over at 10:00 to look it over for bidding, and when he saw he would be about 5 minutes late, he called to let us know he was running a little late. He submitted his bid when he said he would, with the right amount of detail. He detailed the bid in order to allow me to do some of the work and save some money.  From day one on the job, he was here when the workers were. His subcontractors were great. They were all very professional, courteous and respectful. The job was finished when he said it would be. He was great choice, and we now have a friend in Doug. I would recommend him to everyone.

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Overall the total project went really well. We had several parts to the kitchen remodel. Jon’s crew assessed extent of a water leak, which had damaged existing cabinetry and flooring. They recommended a plan of action along with a timeline and repair costs. The work progressed in a timely fashion. Jon’s crew were professional, did not smoke in the house and cleaned up their work area. We were able to find additional, closely matching cabinetry so we were able to improve the layout of the kitchen and add features we wanted like a new pantry and a swing-up shelf for my stand mixer, new countertops, backsplash and dishwasher. "This job went great. Justin and Mike started early and finished the job in one day. This small bathroom remodel involved removing the water heater, toilet, sink and removing and replacing three layers of wet sub floor. New high quality LVP floor was installed over new sub flooe, tub was brought back to level and all fixtures were re-installed. Great job, done correctly in a timely manner. Definitely will hire again."
