"Your review is untruthful. You had another company/person do a pump replacement in the middle of our rendering of service. We told you the pump was leaking and now instead of taking responsibility and contacting the other company/person to address it, you are untruthful in reviews. We did not respond to your multiple texts on 3/30/2023 because we had just told you that the pump was leaking 3/29/2023. Additionally, we were out of the office. You claimed in one review that the leak repairs were $1000, and in another review, you claimed they were $1500. The total repairs for leaks were $650 + $330. Both of those services were completed, you paid for them after completion. It was not two weeks. It was not even a week plus 2 days before you posted your untruthful reviews (3/30/2023 to 4/8/2023 is 9 days not 14 days). Finally, you never called. You were untruthful so that you could embellish your reviews to make it seem worse than it was. 1. All services that were invoiced by our company have been rendered. 2. You paid us to repair a series of manifolds that had frozen, we repaired those with an understanding that we could not guarantee additional leaks did not exist. Once we repaired the manifolds we filled and tested the tub and found a pump to be bad, you had another company/person do the work on the pump. You paid us to do fix-a-leak because we found some small leaks at jets, and we completed that. You were told that there was no guarantee with fix-a-leak. We received a text early in the process that the tub was holding water, and everything looked good. You then paid us to install a topside control, which we completed on 3/29/2023. 3. The pump that you had replaced by another company/person during our rendering of service was leaking as we told you on 3/29/2023. You need to contact that company/person to address the leaking in your hot tub. 4. The personal and professional cost to keep you as a client is not something we are willing to continue. We should have terminated our services the moment you hired another company in the middle of our repairs and even prior to that due to the red flags regarding communication expectations and patterns including texts after 10pm. Any customer that does not respect personal and professional boundaries and/or is willing to lie, we do not want as our customer."
