As I aged and sought to relocate to the mountains, I decided to divest my contracts with banks, car dealerships, lawyers' offices, and medical offices, opting instead to focus on cleaning homes and smaller businesses, which I found more personable. My expertise in managing large buildings was exemplified by my successful cleaning of a 66,000 ft.Â² newspaper plant independently. To maintain efficiency, I concentrate on one square foot at a time, avoiding feelings of overwhelm. I retained this contract for 11 years until the company's sale. Furthermore, I specialize in pressure washing, painting, staining, and junk removal. For outstanding service at reasonable rates, I am the preferred choice. I am meticulous and thorough in my work, ensuring a superb job, albeit not necessarily at an exceptional pace.

A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
