We called them they showed up immediately and after it was determined that the defective part would have to be ordered and we would be without hot water for two additional days without hesitation they picked up a new tank replaced it no questions asked! This took multiple trips to my house to put on mulitple coats and he showed up everytime, also keeping in touch about precise estimated time of arrival. He also did excellent work, with attention to detail and ensuring that he didn't damage anything else in the process. Very nice to work with and professional. Will hire again. Before and after photos attached. Any unevenness in the stain is due to nature of the wood itself; he balanced out the absorption of stain very well compared to the original stain on the door."
