Quick, fair price, quality work

I called for a new 1 3/4 HP poool pump replacement. They came out and took the pump and came back with supposedly all new parts, not a new pump yet charged new pump price. I let it go because I was desperate to get my pool back up. They gave me a 6 month warranty. Less than 2 months later the pump stopped. I've called and texted them over a dozen times and no response. Phone rings and then disconnects. Sent request throuh Yelp and their chat on their website - no response. I even went so far as to go to 2 of the addresses and they were private residences one vacant. I left a note at one - no response. Another address was another private home. I'm stuck with a broken pump, and a warranty that's worthless These people are either out if business or just ignoring me, either way everyone should be wary.

I am so disappointed in this company. I have been reaching out since JULY 28th to have them come back out to check on a service completed mid June. Since the beginning, I thought communication was poor. Unfortunately, my 69 year old mother was the person who made initial contact with this company (whos seems to have gyp for that reason) had already made a deposit. We had an issue with the bottom of the pool during the installation of the liner. Aqua Turf had someone check on the bottom of the pool giving the ok to put the liner. AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT WAS PAID DIFFERENT FROM THE INVOICE BECAUSE THEY CLIAMED THEY FIXED SOMETHING THEY DIDNT!!!!!! The liner was put down, but within a few weeks the pool started leaking drastically. I reach out to the company expressing my concerns, and was ignored. When I had my boyfriend (a male figure) reach out, they FINALLY decided to reach back out and tell us they will not speak to us until we hire a leak detection company. At this point, we spent hundreds of dollars continuously filling the pool to keep it operating during the summer. An additional $400 later on a leak test, and THEY determined that the liner placement is off due to improper installation. I sent the FULL report to Aqua Turf, and AGAIN have not heard anything. This is not a hundred dollar service, this is THOUSANDS of dollars that were spending on a unprofessional job. I feel taken advantage of and sick to my stomach when I think about all my hard earned money that was misused this summer. I work hard at my job to obtain a check and I wish this company would do the same. I had to drain my pool because I could no longer afford to add water WEEKLY to keep it at a decently level. I had my pool cleaning service try to cover my pool but they expressed the damage it will cause if it is not fixed ASAP... more money. RUN FAST FROM THIS COMPANY. I called today, again (11/1/2023) before writing this review because I thought they would just pick up and do the right thing. I will be more than happy to change this review if the job is done correctly.

Aquaturf was awesome! I recently bought a house with an old inground pool that was starting to leak water. Aquaturf helped me replace the old vinyl liner and get the pool back up and running. Theyâ ve also been quick with communication and helped answer my many questions as a first time pool owner

He was phenomenal in letting me know exactly what my pool needed, and how much it would cost. I was able to actually enjoy a little time before I hire him again to come an winterize it.
