"Donna and Jeff (owners) were hands on supervisors. They both patiently answered lots of questions and provided recommendations and resources out of their scope of business. I felt confident that Jeff and Donna knew their business well and that my best interests were being well served. I feel confident that they will respond quickly to any questions that I may have in the future regarding this project. I would recommend them without any reservation. I felt like I was fairly treated and charged a fair price for their services and the system installed. Stated scheduled was maintained with proposed start and completion dates.

"He was super professional and aims to please. I was so worried that I would have to move furniture- he makes everything happen and makes the process a breeze! "I worked easilty with my contact in planning and setting up the construction of a new shed in my backyard. The project was a little complicated and included demolishing an old existing structure and building a new shed on top of that foundation. I am happy with the finished product and feel it was a good value. But, issues with the contractor arose after the building was finished. It took several phone calls, emails and even texts for them to come back and clean up the property, including removing the debris from the old structure, leftover lumbar and trash. It was six weeks before they came back and cleaned up. I feel they really dropped the ball at the end.

"I feel extremely fortunate to have found Vicki through Angie's List ! She is an extremely talented person who is very easy to deal with. She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home. She has a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me" I have been delighted ! She is very aggressive in helping me find the best pricing and often times will work with the vendors directly hence saving me the time. She also has excellent local contacts. Everyone I've worked with through Vicki has been timely, professional, and highly competent.
My project is far from complete. I intend to continue to use Vicki and her expert advice until the end !!!!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"I live in a rental property, and this is who they sent to my house when it flooded. They not only addressed the flood VERY quick, but were in and out and very nice. They even scheduled all their follow-up after hours so I would not have to miss work for this. I am not sure the cost as I rent and do not pay maintenance here, but I would recommend them to anyone who asks due to their professionalism and the quality of work they did was amazing!
