The Four Winds hot tub we purchased in March 2014 had developed small bubbles on one of the seating areas. We had thought that the area could be resurfaced and refinished as this was the only issue with the spa. The manager at the Jonesboro, Georgia location for RecWarehouse advised that this type of bubbling was indicative of a manufacturing defect and advised that they recommended replacing the tub under warranty. Once the tub was ordered and delivered from the manufacturer and shipped to Jonesboro, Georgia, it was delivered and exchanged with the existing tub as promised. We appreciate the effort to insure that we had a new product that would not have the same issue with the finish. The under promised and over delivered. Always a good thing for the customer.

I last week I noticed the water level in my hot tub was low. As I was adding water, I noticed it had been leaking very badly around the house and into the crawl space. I called the company and they told me any warranty was voided because the company had dissolved into another company. They said that I had to pay $129 for a service call and the and quot;new warrantyand quot; for the and quot;new companyand quot; only covers 50% for parts and labor. Very shady business practices. They were supposed call and follow up with me and haven't heard anything in a few days. All the leaking has really messed up my electrical. I had unplugged the hot tub because I thought it wasn't safe with the leaks to be plugged in. The Rec Warehouse told me to plug it it as I did that, I heard a loud pop coming from the hot tub and the display on the hot tub went completely blank. I feel they are giving me the run around.

Everything went well. They had to run electrical circuits and the whole nine yards. It took about four hours all together to install it. They were very efficient.
