"Couldn’t have been better. Definitely had challenges with Covid/Supply Chain issues which lengthened the time of the remodel, but none of it was Mark, the builder’s fault. In fact, I don’t know of anyone other than Mark Goodson who could have handled the obstacles more professionally! As for the remodel itself, it turned out absolutely beautiful! Before the build began, I thought it hyperbole when Mark said that the finished basement will be the feature that will sell my home in the future. I can honestly say he wasn’t exaggerating one bit! His design for our new home ( my wife and I moved downstairs and the kids and grandkids moved upstairs) was way beyond what my wife and I could have imagined; and it was certainly much better than the other two estimates I got in the beginning. First, Mark refused to put in a dropped ceiling which would have close in the living space. Instead, he redid the duct work so that he could do tray ceilings in every room giving the basement a larger look! Finally, he took out an entire wall thus opening up what would be our living and kitchen into a wide-open space. Bottom line, Mark is indeed the Basement Specialist making the most of every inch of space both useable and beautiful. You may be thinking he must be overly expensive, but in fact, his estimate was much lower than one of the three I brought in. You can’t go wrong with Mark. The pride and workmanship he uses in hiring his crews is beyond reproach."

"We love our new bathroom! We originally had an old whirlpool type tub which was never used. In fact, I spent more time keeping it clean from all the debris that would leak through the whirl vents than I did the shower. The original shower was built with a mystery that even the contractors at Limitless couldn't figure out why it was built so high from the floor. We all wondered why; was there some big rock they couldn't dig out so they just built the old shower up and over it. Our biggest fear was someone tripping over the ledge on their way in or out of the shower. The big mystery turned out to be some idiotic idea of the original builder. Oh, and the entire bathroom was still in its original pink tile...yuck! Limitless' first crew (Ukraine) ripped out the tub and shower, removed all the flooring and towel racks and light fixtures. The second crew (Hispanic)came and removed the old wallpaper, repaired any holes,then painted the walls and borders. The third crew (American) installed the actual glass shower portion. I mention the different backgrounds of the crew only because I want it to be known that every one of these crew members spoke English, and were very personable and respectful. Sometimes we'd have to remind ourselves to stop talking with them and let them get back to work. The only con I have has nothing to do with Limitless or the crews; but the dust was over whelming at times. But it was worth it. Our bathroom is so open and roomy, and we really can't say enough about it. Thanks to all the Limitless folks, including Kiki who was our go-between at the office. Every one of them earned an triple A rating."

"Tyheim Harris was hired to finish a basement. Upon our agreeing to the terms of his contract, it seems like it was on a daily basis, he would come up with reasons as to why we should give him the next deposit even though he had not finished what was supposed to be done according to the contract in order to receive the next deposits. Tyheim could have been more productive in finishing the work in the amount of time spent on this project in hand. It wasn't until almost three weeks later did we see any work that he had done. Based on what we saw in just the bathroom alone, first, before hanging drywall, he did not cover the newly installed, ungrouted tiled floor, secondly, he did not appear to be experienced in hanging drywall and third, he wasted our materials that we had purchased. Tyheim asked if he could buy some of the sheets of drywall that we had, we agreed and he has not paid us for what he took; we should have waited until the project was completed. Tyheim was shown proof that his plumber damaged the wire to the HVAC, he has not reimbursed us for this cost either. He does not cleanup. He's not always punctual. Tyheim dropped off the electrician who sent him to get supplies, and he didn't return until several hours later which held up the work that the electrician was expecting him to help him with. When we were discussing the terms of his contract, he wanted to receive 60% of the cost upfront; we're glad that we didn't agree to pay Tyheim that amount. When inquiries were made as to how Tyheim spent the first deposit, he terminated the contract which was truly a blessing."

"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. "Moises and his partner were very professional. They came in, prepped, and got to work in a disciplined manner. This backsplash project was not straightforward given the tiles that we were using. When these guys were done with it it looked absolutely fabulous. I especially appreciated both their quality and the fact that they left the place just like they found it and cleaned up very well after themselves."
