Home Theater Surround Sound System Installation
Great crew and work. Had to build out a custom wall unit to properly fit my TV. Wired and set up my 7.2 surround sound system in my media room. Fantastic job. Very happy.
The Company owner came out personally to see what work needed to be done, before scheduling.

Commercial Audio/Visual System or Entertainment Center Installation Service
Horrible. Did a poor job, that did not work. They did not come out to fix it. After they were done, my Receiver had a blown channel, and they would not refund any of the fee I paid up front.
The sales person who initially came out told us it was a simple problem of the music app we had (HEOS) being a bad app and the solution was a better app (Sonos). They asked to be paid up front by account transfer - I opted to bring a cheque to their office. The technicians came late to the appointment we made to have the Sonos installed - one did the work, the other hung out on his phone. The system worked for 1 hour until it experienced the same problems as the HEOS and one of the channels on our receiver (a 1 year old Denon) stopped working.
I called and asked to have it fixed. They made a couple of appointments to come out but did not show up. I then asked for a refund and was told that SONOS did not give refunds. I asked for a refund of the installation fee and they refused.

I wouldn't use anyone but RMS Installs. They have the integrity, expertise, and quality of work I was seeking. They fixed my 30 year old surround system where two other companies failed. They could have tried to sell me a whole new system, but didn't! Instead they found a workable solution, were sensitive to my budget, and delivered an incredible working TV/stereo/surround sound experience. Dante and his team of installers really are true experts in this industry and you won't find anyone better.

RMS Installs was the first result that popped up on my Angi's List search for ethernet runs in a townhouse. They called me, setup an appointment, and a tech, Corey, came out to survey my home. Corey, my survey tech, arrived in a professionally wrapped vehicle and was in a uniform. I was so pleased with Corey and how enthusiastic and personable he was I decided I didn't need to get quotes from anyone else (even if they were cheaper) and put my deposit down right then and there. Alberto and his team showed up within the first 30min of their install window. They were very friendly and even spent time getting to know me and taking in my requests. They spent maybe 2 hours total going through my crawl space and installing the cables. They cleaned up after themselves and kept any holes they made hidden and covered them up afterwards. Alberto and his team were very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I appreciate how well RMS is run and will definitely keep them in mind for my future needs.

They performed a low voltage install of ethernet to all rooms of the home as well as to external location for ethernet powered surveillance cameras. They did a great job - the work was exactly as requested at the price quoted. They even installed WiFi access points and cameras that I did not purchase from them when they ran the ethernet cables. Once everything was hooked up everything came up perfectly the first time without them having to re-terminate the cables.

I had 2 tvs to install over fireplaces. The mounts they used did not provide access to connect TVs to the modem. The technician told me to call Comcast. I believed when I made the appointment, they would make the TVs work. The technician came on time; however, he did not have anything and had to return to the shop. He returns 1 and 1/2 hours later. He took approximately 3o minutes to hang each of the tvs. The price they charged just to hang the TVs was outrageous. It might have been reasonable if the TVs were working when they left.

I had one of their installers at my home to repair and store up my audio equipment. I have a vintage tube amp tuner and turntable. They belonged to my father, from 1971, and I do not trust them to just anybody. They did great clean work. I would trust them in my home with my equipment anytime. I plan on using them again when I upgrade my living room. The customer service, especially on the phone, was exceptional.
