Ken, Randy , Alberto and Rodrigo were the absolute BEST!! I had a warranty issue and they had provided a 10 year labor warranty and came out to replace my ac coil free of charge, as advertised!!

Service person was prompt, courteous and professional. Since unit is not quite 2 years old everything checked out fine.

Cleaned humidifier. I have sealed Furnace systems, nothing for them to really do.

Our family had a great experience with Milton Mechanical Services. We were in need of two complete units, along with rerouting of some ductwork. (The two story house we bought in 2005 should never have passed the HVAC inspection but that's another story.) The first impression with Kyle was a positive one as he explained our situation to us in depth and with a definite degree of knowledge. We therefore felt comfortable in hiring Milton Mechanical and we are so glad that we did! The removal of the old units and the install of the new systems went extremely well. The entire crew was prompt, courteous, clean, and took great care in making sure that none of our walls or stairs were compromised in the process. From start to finish the experience was a great one, and we highly recommend their services. We went with a Trane system with AprilAire filtration, humidifier, and wifi thermostats and the difference in the quality of our indoor air is amazing! Herb, who installed our wifi units went out of his way to make sure that we understood how to operate the thermostats as well. Really nice group of contractors! They didn't leave until late in the evening to ensure that the new system was in perfect working order. Kyle came by the next day as well. Also....they answer calls courteously and return calls promptly. I didn't have that experience with several other HVAC companies, and this was another reason to hire them. I'm a Realtor, and have worked for a luxury local builder so I do have a lot of experience with home building industry subcontractors. Thankfully, this was a good experience for my family.

They're very good. In the winter, my husband had gone to California. I dropped him off to airport and I came back home and the house was colder than the car and I couldn't figure out what was going on. The guy came out immediately that day to try to help me out. They offered to give me little heaters until they could get back here to put in a new furnace. They did that. The price was great. Then they came, a month ago, and re-serviced the air conditioner. This is our company permanently.

We used Milton to replace our HVAC system. They were extremely professional, provided a reasonable quote and explained many of the finer details that you need to consider when replacing your HVAC. Marty, the owner is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. However, we ran into some issues as one of the AC units was faulty. This is where I think Marty and his team were excellent as they not only replaced the unit but also resolved all the issues and ensured that the unit was working perfectly. Marty himself stepped and made sure the service was excellent. I think the best way to judge any service provider is how they react when there is an issue and the Milton team was excellent. They have also been regularly servicing my unit and ensuring that it is working efficiently.

We have used Milton several times now starting with an HVAC issue several years ago and they've performed installations for us twice. They are always very prompt and responsive to issues. They will not leave a job unless everything is in order. They've done regular follow-up with us in the past and continue to be our first choice when ever we have an issue or need.

Information I provided to the Tech: Unit will not go through the ignition sequence after the thermostat activated the draft inducer. Possibly a pressure switch and/or igniter control unit. Also needed a new igniter. Tech's first diagnostic work consisted of informing me the unit was very old and that there was rust in the heat exchanger (common). He could not repair due to company policy not to make repairs they could not warranty. I guess I kinda understand, it is an old unit, but I was very disappointed in the service in that the only repair offered was replacement and zero troubleshooting/testing was performed to determine why the unit would not ignite. Tech informed me that it would possibly cost around $500 to repair if it was the HSI controller, plus the igniter. These parts are available for about $200 and would take 30 minutes for a novice to replace, so my thoughts overall is this company is not good for repair work of older systems. Though they may be good for repairing/maintaining newer systems based on the other reviews I read (which led me to call them in the first place). I do not mean this to be a general slam on the company or Tech, but in my case, I was not happy with the level of service I received.

From start to finish.......my phone call to installation comple......it was a pleasure working with Milton Mechanical. I worked with Herb on what I needed and he took it from there. He is extremely knowledgeable with alot of experience in the A/C business. While their workload was extremely packed, Herb found a way to get my new A/C system installed in less than 48 hours after I first called him. Most companies do not do that today..........a schedule is a schedule coming from dispatch. Highly recommend as a company that is not the "big dog" in the Atlanta area......but they may be the best in the Atlanta area based on my experience.

I had called several companies trying to schedule someone to come out and troubleshoot a problem I was having with one of my AC units. The fan on the outside unit was not operating properly, so the system was not always blowing cold air. In advance of the appointment, Martin asked me to send him a photo of the unit's specs so that the technician could have the appropriate parts he thought were needed (fan motor and capacitor) on the truck when the technician got here. As it turns out, my system didn't need a fan motor, just a new capacitor. This saved me almost $400 off the original "worst-case" estimate. The technician replaced the part and I was back up and running in no time. He also checked my other systems to make sure they were functioning properly. I am very happy with the honest and timely service I received and will definitely call Milton Mechanical the next time I have an issue! I highly recommend them.

It had never been changed before. There was a two man crew. It took them one afternoon to get the work finished. They did clean up when they were done. It was very efficient. They did good work. They have good responsiveness. Excellent experience. It has been working very well.

Everything went fine. Prompt arrival. Thorough inspection of units with replacement of filters.

Dustin was terrific: extremely honest and helpful. I was expecting my A/C unit to need substantial repairs but he said I only needed more freon. He also checked out my two other units and assured me neither needed ant maintenance. I was shocked that my bill was only $223 for all the effort he put in.

We've been using Milton Heating and Air since we moved into our house nearly three years ago. They provide great service, are always available and are consistently on time. They have very fair pricing that is competitive with others in this area but their service is head and shoulders above others.

We are refinishing our basement in our new house. Milton put in the heat pump, ducting, and inside unit for us. They did an excellent job at a good price. They listened to what we wanted and explained all of options - pros and cons. We knew nothing about heat pumps and they explained everything to us. We made our choice and they promptly set up a date for the work. They showed up when they promised and did an excellent job. They were not quite as punctual returning to charge and test the system. It took a reminder call but it was a busy time of year for them. The bottom line is that they did an excellent job at a reasonable price. We would use them again.

Milton HVAC was awesome. They came out the day after i called them, arrived Friday of Labor Day weekend and put in a new HVAC. They responded quickly, with a fair price, and oversaw the installation to ensure it was done properly. They had to use a commercial team to install due to the schedule of Labor Day weekend

We had a problem with high humidity in our basement to the point where we were getting mold. I had several Angie's List HVAC contractors come out to give us quotes on a whole house dehumidifier. The prices were 50% higher than my research said they should be. We were not happy. Out of all the contractors we dealt with, only Kyle at Milton offered an innovative solution. Instead of trying to sell us an expensive whole house dehumidifier, he added a couple of extra vents to our existing HVAC that would use our portable dehumidifier to put dry air into the problem areas, and a new controller that would circulate the basement air even when the air temperature was too low to turn on the AC... at a fraction of the cost of adding a whole house dehumidifier. Kyle knows his stuff and thinks outside the box. After this, he is the only one Ill deal with when it comes to Heating and Air. Highly recommended.

After our previous provider informed us that both the upstair and downstair units were leaking Freon and that coils needed replacing we decided to get a second quote and called Milton. I was not particularly happy with our original Carrier Units. We had bought the house new and they weren't even 11 years old! During that time both motors on outside units needed replacing in addition to the pilot light switches on both furnaces and then both coils start leaking! Kyle came over the next day as scheduled. We went over the options, which we ended up settling on a Bryant (another brand of Carrier). The price was very competitive. They installed the units NEXT DAY. One of their key workers was injured that morning and they pulled some people off some other jobs to make sure it was completed. They have a fairly agreeable yearly service plan and they seem very competitive when I asked them an estimate on what they would have charged for earlier issues we had. I will give them an and quot;Aand quot; for effort.

The tech, Dustin did a great job. He called in advance of his arrival, and showed up when he said he would. Listened to all of the things going on, answered questions and got straight to work. Beyond seasonal check-up, our system was not turning on. Found out the pump was not effectively working, he cleaned it and flushed the tubing. Additionally, we purchased a seasonal plan with them last year, which includes two visits per year. We only used one of the visits last year. Rather than state, and quot;too badand quot; since we are out of the time period, they honored the second visit. While it was assumed they would honor the second visit, not sure all companies would do so. That was appreciated and we renewed our annual plan for another two visits. Our A/C units are original to the house (about 16 years) and running great thanks to Milton Heating and Air.

They did an excellent job. Showed up at the time promised, were professional and completed the work in a timely manner. There attention to detail and quality of work was appreciated.

From the initial contact to completion of the repair, Milton Heat and Air did and outstanding job. They quickly scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. The repairman was professionally dressed, had the equipment he needed and was quick to get started. He invited me along which I though was unique and admirable. He quickly identified several possible issues. We worked through each one and made mid-course corrections if the solution didn't work. Between the three corrections, he solved our problem and we now have normal HVAC for our home. The price was fair and definitely worth it. Thanks Milton!

Overall we were very happy. The work was quoted and comlpleted within a few days. The crew was respectful of the interior of the house and cleaned up everything. They were on time, called in advance to let me know their ETA and finshed the job exactly as they said they would.

They did quite a good job. After that, I never got a problem with unit. They are willing to work for you. The person was very friendly and I never had any problems talking with him. In terms of the quality of their work, I never had any problems.

Very impressed with price and quality. Would use them again and highly recommend.
