The spring above one of our garage doors broke. Greg Turner was able to come out the same day and replace the spring so we could get our car out. Service was prompt, professional, and courteous.

They showed up on time. They did what I asked. The price was fine. I've never had any problem with them. They got back to me right on time. Professionalism was fine. There was no problem. I've used them before.

Went very well.  From the initial call to the completion of the installation.  Holly took the order and was very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions, guiding me through what was needed.  She didn't try to oversell us an opener more powerful than we needed either.  The springs were the immediate problem, but the old screw drive opener we wanted replaced since we bought the house and figured now was the time.
Jeff came out earlier than the expected window by 30 minutes and set right to work getting the springs replaced and the new opener installed.  He took care to explain everything to me about how it worked and what to look for.  Additionally he showed me what maintenance I needed to be doing on the door itself as homeowner.
Both Holly and Jeff were very friendly.  I highly recommend them and would use them again without reservation.

Okay, I'll cop to it.  I ran into my garage door while it was closed.  Sigh.  I made what I was sure to be an embarrassing phone call to Graves and was greeted with a pleasant staff member who assured me she receives calls like mine everyday.  She set me up with a salesman who called promptly to make an appointment to come out and inspect the damage.
He arrived on time a few days later and explained to me my options for replacement doors.  As this was not a planned expense he worked with me to find something that would work within in my budget.  He didn't try to up sale me fancy decorative doors, or new garage door openers, and all the other equipment that goes with them, which I greatly appreciated.
He assured me everything I had would work just fine, and that all I needed were new doors.  I received a written quote a few days later and after putting down half we scheduled a install date.  I was a bit disappointed to have to wait an additional week for my doors (3 total) but this happened right before Christmas so they were unable to get the doors any sooner.  Note to self - do not run into garage doors, especially during the holiday season.
Other than being an hour late due to fantastic Atlanta traffic, the installer was great.  I was surprised he was the only one sent out, but he had the job done within 4 hours and the doors work perfectly and they look wonderful.  He was very professional and answered all of my questions.
We have gotten many compliments from neighbors on the doors, and I am very happy with the quality.  I purchased doors that were just one step up from the basic model and they are keeping my garage so much warmer than my old doors (original to my house from 1994).  My son's room which sits above the garage is much warmer as a result.  This was a great investment, one that I did not plan on, but I am glad we went with the doors that the salesman recommended.
This was a great experience.  I wholeheartedly recommend Graves to anyone needing to get garage doors replaced.

Late yesterday (Sunday), one of the torsion springs on my garage door snapped.  I was not able to open the door manually.  I called Graves first thing in the morning and their technician Jeff was at my home by noon.  He had the correct parts on his truck and replaced both springs within an hour.  The charge was exactly as quoted over the phone, including a 10% senior discount.

Over the weekend the torsion spring broke on one of our garage doors.  We were not able to lift it because it is one of those heavy steel insulated doors.   My husband had to get his car out for a business trip today, so I called first thing this morning and Rick said they would fit us in before noon.  Nick was here around 9 or 9:30!
We appreciate such fast response when we weren't even on their schedule for today. 
Nick did a great job replacing spring and he inspected and serviced both doors while he was here. 
For sure will call them next time we need garage door assistance.

I called up at the last minute but Holly the scheduling person was able to work me in. They arrived on time and did an awesome job. The price too was very affordable. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

When they came out to give an estimate, Dave did an excellent job educating me on the different options available.  Unlike the other company we met with, he spent time with us and seemed truly interested in helping us make the best selection for our home.
The new door was installed while we were out of town- couldn't be more pleased with our expereince.

My garage door would not close all the way. When my husband got home, he tried to fix it but it didn't work - the door was now stuck shut! I was in a panic because I needed to leave for work the next morning and wouldn't be able to get my car out. I called Graves after hours number and the lady offered to send someone out that night however there would be an extra fee. She offered the 2nd option of having a repair man come first thing in the morning for regular cost - I decided to go this route. About an hour later the repair man called and explained that his schedule was full but could come super early (6am) in order to fit me in. This was fine with me since I would be able to get to work at my normal time. He came out the next morning and had my door fixed in about 30 minutes.
I highly recommend Graves since they went out of the way to accommodate my schedule and make sure I could leave for work on time. They were very professional and responsive.
