Contracted with Michael Enterprises to build a pool, we faced numerous challenges, including delays, breaches, electrical code violations, structural issues, and substandard workmanship. Despite our efforts, Ned Michael repeatedly failed in his responsibilities. After twenty-six months, we were left with $54,000 in damages, prompting a judgment against him for breach of contract from the Oconee County Georgia Superior Court. Although he was ordered to pay damages, compliance only came after a FIFA was obtained against him, highlighting significant issues with his performance.

Ned comes across an old school contractor that would and should have years of experience. Once the contract is signed it?s very clear that are struggling to do jobs. There is no project management or real planning. A 6-8 week job, turned into 8 month job. Dates came and went with only excuses from Ned and Jackson. They will blame everyone else but themselves, which is ironic given that they are in charge of supplying the subcontractors. We had damage to the property that Ned denied until he realized there was camera footage. No movement for weeks at a time, overcharges that he would blame on others, breach of contracted materials, and issues with ALL pump parts, which we had to hire another company to resolve due to the lack of urgency on Ned and Jackson. Horrible. No supervision on build and poor quality construction. Poor communication with problems not being fixed.

Excellent customer service, Ned responds to all concerns and questions in a timely manner. This is our first pool and we needed a trustworthy company to help us through this process. Ned and company have been in the business a long time. He is very knowledgeable and stays involved through the whole process. Would definitely recommend Michael Enterprises. Have been enjoying our pool since the first of June!

Mr. Ned keeps you informed of every step, he is at our house with his employees overseeing each step. Their work has been exceptional so far. They are still working. I will update once the pool is complete.
