We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. "Jim kept his word on appointment times and displayed a wealth of knowledge on problem resolutions.  The septic pipe repair removed the toilet backup.  The sink faucets now work without leakage.  The Jacuzzi now works very well (all jets function).  Getting hot water throughout the house.  Jim located and repaired hot water pump (no charge).

"Sears' package of services allowed me to worry very little because they coordinated all the trades. Sears has a longstanding reputation for standing behind their products, something I had not found to be true with other contractors I had used in the past. Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. All of the work Sears did was well done and professional. After the job was completed, I noticed that a door in the den that had to be cut off to accommodate the new flooring was a bit rough, and they sent the carpenter back to fix it within a week. I was somewhat concerned that I would not like the laminate used to reface the wood cabinets, but it has turned out to be very attractive, more durable than wood, and easy to clean.  No one can even find the seams in the quartz countertop or the Congoleum flooring, so I feel that their workmen are very experienced and skilled. I not only would recommend Sears to others, I would use them again for other work."

"They completely demolished the bathroom hauling off all debris and cleaning up at the end of each day. Following demolition, they installed new duro-rock sub floor and shower surround as well as a new shower pan.  Plumbing adjustments were then made to accommodate the new toilet, shower drain and shower faucet.  Shower and floor tiles were laid one day followed by grouting the next day. Once grouting was completed, they installed the toilet, vanity, counter top, shower door and light fixture. Final finishing included sanding painting and cleaning.  The finished product was outstanding. 
Throughout the process they took special care to protect floors and carpet outside the work area. The entire job was completed in one week.

"Contractor, Total Air Care - Polar Plumbing came as agreed and replaced garbage disposal. American Home Shield stated that the service charge would be $75.00 the same as I paid when the previous garbage disposal was replaced under my American Home Shield contract. This time the contractor said there would be an additional charge of $67.00 because pipes had to be rerouted or the warranty would be void. The previous contractor had no such charge and did not reroute the pipes. I feel like Total Air Care - Polar Plumbing is ripping me off."

Remove dry wall inside .storm damage He did not come to remove the dry and repair the drywall . They did not remove that part . I cancel after he did not show up . In fairness he did a good job in painting . No , I cant recommend that Service provider."
