"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"They did a great job cleaning all the tile and stone for the coupon price of $99 and offered to apply a seal for $50 more. My experience with stone and tile sealer is that it enhances the look of the stone and the colors pop but this didn't happen with this sealer so a little disappointed in that as the first time my stone was sealed it really came out beautifully.  I'll probably buy some stone sealer at Home Depot or Lowe's and apply it myself.  I recommend the tile cleaning offered but wouldn't opt to get it sealed again.

"I have waited too long to write this review. I did not want to write anything initially because I was mad at the time of my project's completion. Now though, overall, I am VERY satisfied with the quality and the cost of their work. They did go way beyond their originally quoted timeline however. (Disclaimer- the guy who initially quoted and oversaw my job no longer works for Mr. Turner and I believe it was as a direct result of his performance on my job.) My wife and I were disappointed in the extra time it took to complete the garage addition, but to Mr. Turner's credit, he honored the original price that I was quoted and he did not sacrifice quality on anything. I don't believe Mr. Turner made any money on my project, in fact he may have lost some. When the job is all said and done, of the 3 most important aspects- cost, quality, and timeframe, Mr. Turner and his crew delivered on the 2 that mattered most to me. 2+ years later, my garage addition is still as solid and leak proof as the day it was constructed. I had a few small incidents along the way with my project, but the entire time, Mr. Turner was an upstanding and true to his word honest man. This is a very rare quality for many contractors in today's world. In the end, I would use him again for any job- big or small."

"From the first contact to the last, Backyard Custom was professional. The whole experience was easy. Due to the recent snow storm, we had to delay the job for three days. I was involved in the construction industry my entire career and I can testify that this was one of the most efficient and well constructed projects I have seen. The showed up at 8am and left just under 8 hours later. Job done!! Quality!!! I can imagine the surprise of many of my neighbors who drove by my house in the morning with an empty spot in my back yard to find driving home a large 16' X 24" Shed. "Levi Snyder/Bassett Construction did an excellent job of rebuilding my 100 ft wood privacy fence that was blown down in a storm in my back yard. Levi , with his two helpers, worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old, destroyed fence. They then rebuilt a new and sturdy fence, with gate and latch, and completely removed the damaged wood from my lawn, leaving the lawn clean and beautifully restored. i am so very pleased with the fence building that Bassett Construction did for me."
