"Very unfortunate experience. An expected 2 hour job wiping down baseboard and cabinets in a kitchen took almost 4 hours, and still not everything was done. I have a small house and the kitchen/living room area is aprox 500 sqft for entire area. He also arrived 30 min late and did not bring necessary tools. I paid him for 3.75 hours ($50 an hour) plus tip (I paid $200 total). He called me after and without any prior discussion said that I needed to send him another $50 because of travel (a 30 min drive). I said I don't believe he mentioned anything about paying for travel and I would have to speak with my husband. I didn't get back to him right away and he became very unprofessional and kept demanding I pay him. I will be posting screenshots of all email and texts as well"

I told him that they were fresh stains from when my wife tried to clean the couch and to do his best. He got done, was paid and tipped too. I looked at the work done and could not check it since the furniture was wet. Since I was was working in the yard that morning I continued to work and later came back in. The furniture was not put back in place and a comforter that he had borrowed was left soaking wet on my wooden floor. Later that evening when the cushions had dried I realised that although the Water stains were gone.The couch cushions and the chaise were as dirty as they were.The 2 chairs were acceptable. The worst part of this experience was when I left him a message that evening he did not bother to even return my call and instead choose to block my number.
