This was our first experience with Peachtree Carpet Cleaners. Thanks to the fellow Reviewers out there who recommended this business. I can't say enough good things about this company. Going forward Peachtree Carpet Cleaners will be our first call. They were super responsive and understanding. Sean helped me over the phone understand the process and gave me a general quote. He was very friendly and kind. Then they came out the next day and took care of cleaning all of the carpets and removing a huge stain on one of them. The pricing was also good. Damian was very respectful of the walls and covered all of the corners so we didn't get scratches as he moved the equipment around. When he was about to leave he saw I got a delivery and even helped me carry it inside. They do a good job, and they are GOOD people. I feel like that's not always easy to find these days.

Due to the expense of straightening out, wrinkles in a large rug, recommended alternative strategy, which I used, and which was successful. Cleaned one of my oriental rugs, beautiful job, reasonable. When Fred returned my oriental rug that had been cleaned, he helped my handyman re-lat the large rug as well. Very happy with the service and customer orientation

Totally ruied our furniture. Dirty stains all over it. Carpet cleaner gave me numerous reasons why it was clean with spots everywhere. It looks worse now then it did before. Very unprofessional! Don't trust this company for anything. $200.00 down the drain!
