"Replacing windows is expensive, no way around it if you want a quality product and proper installation. We got both from this company. Alex, the sales rep was extremely knowledgeable. He helped us find the windows that best fit our need without being a pushy salesman. He is so personable, we felt like he was a friend. It took about 6 weeks for the windows to come in. Darin and Max and 2 others had 6 windows installed in a little over 3 hours. They were very mindful of covering the floors and furniture and asking if they had to move anything. The work areas were all cleaned and shutters and blinds were all put back on the windows when they were finished. I did have a problem with some factory adhesive that was on the glass and would not come off.
