"They came late about 40 mins late the tech mentioned they were here and couldn t find the house asked for a picture of the home and they still got here thirty minutes later, but that wasn t an issue to us they came in cleaned only the windows and left without saying bye. They did not clean any baseboards. I reached out to the person if been speaking to Via phone call of course nobody picked up so I text got an immediate response. The person stated she spoke to the team and they said they cleaned the baseboards. Which was so untrue. I sent pictures and videos of the baseboards. As well as them on camera entering onto the home at 10:04 and leaving at 10:26. The inside cameras show them doing only windows. The person texting never mentioned anything about making it right. Still charged us 90$ for a twenty minute rush job. They left without making it clear that they were leaving. On camera you hear them say thank you as they are already outside."
