"Our experience with this moving company was deeply disappointing and financially damaging. We hired them to handle a full-home move, and the result was over $10,000 in damages to our furniture, flooring, and the walls of two separate homes (the origin and destination properties). Several serious issues occurred during the move: Widespread Property Damage: Numerous furniture items were badly damaged, walls and flooring were gouged or scratched, and protective precautions were not adequately taken. Incomplete Move: The crew literally forgot to pack multiple rooms, leaving behind entire sections of our home. Unfulfilled Contract: We paid for full unpacking services, yet many boxes were left untouched, and large items remained unassembled or scattered. Unethical Payment Practices: Midway through the move, the company’s manager demanded a photo of a check as proof of payment and refused to continue until we complied. At that point, their workers were effectively holding our belongings hostage, which felt coercive and highly unprofessional. We paid almost $5K and what we received was a disorganized, damaging, and highly stressful experience. Attempts to resolve the situation directly with management have so far yielded no meaningful resolution. I strongly urge others to proceed with extreme caution before hiring this company."

"Daniel and Chris did a MAGNIFICENT JOB for me! They are very professional, courteous, and respectful, and definitely make you feel appreciated. My old house, new house, and the belongings transported were treated with care, and no damage was done as they are slow and methodical when it comes to moving and packing. Very prompt, very efficient, and very reasonably priced. Daniel even came over a couple of days before and helped me size up the job to ensure the job was planned right without any unnecessary costs. I am very happy with their performance AND the value of their services, and I do honestly believe that I could not have done better elsewhere. Next move or moving need, I'll be calling Coots Moving and Deliveries again... and I highly Highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Thanks Guys!!!"

"In spite of numerous negative reviews about Move Quick, Inc., I opted to hire this company for my move from West Virginia to Los Angeles. I spoke to Phillip, the manager/owner, who convinced me that the posted complaints had been resolved and were exaggerations. However, I, too, was subjected to an exaggerated low bid in order to snag my business. I, too, experience problems with the pick up and the delivery dates. The movers were a day late in arriving, then quoted me a 67% increase in price, from $3,100 to $5,200. BUT I was stuck. The company already had my deposit money. Also, I was charged for one flight of stairs and an exaggerated inaccurate measurement of my front door to the truck. I had been told there was no fee for one flight. I had provided exact measurements for the items in my two rooms of furniture. True, I had 51 boxes instead of 40 but that did not warrant such an increase in price, 67% almost $2,000. Delivery was also problematic. I had told Move Quick, Inc. that I would be at my new home 25 days after the pick up, October 30, 2019. That should have been more than enough time for any truck to drive cross country. They made me wait until December 4, 2020, a total of 25 days to drive 2,400 miles. I made the drive solo in 5 days. Communication with the company once they have your money is near to impossible. It took threats and 6 days for Philip to respond. He then provided an insignificant $75 discount. My recommendation: go with a larger company than can provide an accurate estimate and deliver within a reasonable time. Also, use a company that uses the industry standard of moving cost based on the weight of your items. Don’t let Phillip tell you his method of charging based on volume is better. No one else does this, for a reason. Other estimates I had received were in the $3,700 range.I should have Booked Elsewhere!”"

"While it may excite our spirit to move to a new home and start a new adventure; the experience of actually moving all our stuff is never something we look forward to. There is stress produced in ways never thought possible. The only way to offset this is to hire a company who specializes in stress reduction. Elizabeth’s Moving is one of those companies. There is a reason they have so many positive reviews. Here is another one. From the moment they returned my initial inquiry, it was clear they take customer service seriously; and it’s not just for show, they want the customer comfortable and satisfied with the work they do. The gentleman who initially provided us information, then came to our house and did the walk through, was professional, polite, and made certain to address all my questions and concerns. I wish I could remember his name. He provided an estimate within 24hrs and had boxes delivered the same day once we gave him the go ahead. The scheduler contacted me, with no issues getting our move on the books. Then we spent a few weeks packing. Ugh. I received a courtesy call the day prior to moving day, to ensure we all had the same start time scheduled, and on the day of the move they showed up within minutes of our agreed to time. Four very professional, very polite, and very cheerful young men showed up with two trucks and commenced loading. They methodically and carefully wrapped our furniture, loaded our boxes, and worked as a team to get things taken care of. I want to mention them by name because each one was phenomenal to deal with; Colby, Zeke, Zack, and Colton. Their relaxed demeanor, sense of humor, and polite disposition made what could be a very stressful experience an enjoyable one. We made a local move, so two days later they showed up again with all our stuff and we had exactly the same experience with unloading. Zeke was on another job and I can’t remember the young man who joined us instead, but he needs a pat on the back too. They never complained, never acted tired, or gave me any impression of anything other than professional attitudes in all our interactions. After unloading both trucks, Colby walked through the house with me to make certain everything was where we wanted it and double checked to ensure everything arrived safe and sound, which it did. If you desire a moving experience that bypasses the stress, use Elizabeth’s and ask for Colby, Zeke, Zack, and Colton; they won’t disappoint. Highly recommend."

"The 2 people who actually showed up were professional, although they arrived very late, which I attribute to three poor management. I was quoted 3 guys for 8 hours, and only 2 showed up. They attempted to overcharge me the original quote. Long story short, Tower contracted a local company and did a poor job of handing over the job."
