"This is the 6th time I have used Coolray / Mr. Plumber for different projects over the past ten years and 3 in different homes. Each and every time they have been prompt and professional. They have always been clear on the issue and what was needed to fix it properly and permanently.

This time, I was replacing a vanity in a guest bathroom and realized mid-installation that my water supply lines were nowhere close to where I needed them to be to fit the new vanity. I'm pretty handy, but a plumber I am not. Rather than risk broken pipes and a flood, I called Mr. Plumber at 3:30pm on a Friday. The plumber assigned to my job, Brandon Thompson arrived just after 6:00pm, assessed what was needed within 5 minutes and got to work. An hour and a half later the job was done, cleaned up and ready to go.

Nobody wants to have an HVAC or plumbing problem, but if you do, these are the guys to call. Their techs and plumbers take pride in their trades and take the time to do the job the right way. Take it from a repeat offender, call them first or you'll be calling them later.

So glad I happened to call them 10 years ago on my first home.

"The plumbers from Mello Plumbing Inc. Company came out and took a look at the situation. Their assessment was some what accurate; however it was not the best resolution to the problem. The solution that they offered was going to benefit them tremendously financially, however it wasn't the best way to solve the problem for us. They have their reasons for suggesting what they chose as a solution but we knew that there was a cheaper and better way to do it. We already knew that; we were just testing them. I'm not impressed with them. I feel like we were being taken advantage of because they assumed that we knew nothing about the work. I think that was part of the problem. The real solution to the problem was simple but they wanted to replace the whole system so that they could profit on it. They did respond to my request and sent someone out to take a look at the problem. That was a good thing. However, they were not interested in providing a cost effective solution. I would not consider using them in the future."
