Dale responded to my request for quote within 20 hours of my request on Sunday afternoon. We made and appointment, he arrive on time, with the required equipment and was clean, respectful and courteous. Every aspect of the inspection was explained and all questions were answered immediately and thoroughly. We had anticipated needing more samples than was actually required and he adjusted the plan during the inspection, which saved me money. Overall, this was a thorough, professional and very welcomed experience. I reccomend this company completely.

I contacted Certified Inspectors of America (Dale Ortman) for a 3rd party testing at end of a mold remediation. While I was interviewing testing companies, Dale gave me a lot of insight into what I should ask the remediator to be doing and what industry standards for remediation are. I selected Dale weeks later near the end of remediation. He was very flexible in his schedule, even offering to inspect on morning of Christmas Eve. We settled on 4 test spots inside a 2-level, 2,900 sq ft each level home and the standard outside test. As we walked the home, we mutually added an addt test for main floor at reasonable adder. He drove samples to an independent lab as he knew we wanted to reoccupy our home. He called to say we could move back in safely and final report followed next day via email. Very pleased with professional approach and highly recommend Dale Ortman.
