While David told us our project would take 5 months, we came to see early on that was unrealistic. Things were chaotic and poorly done from the beginning and communication was terrible. There were multiple subcontractors for every trade. We had to stay on David to ensure many things were corrected. In the end, he left us an unfinished project and a number of unpaid subcontractors. We had to figure how to get an overflowing dumpster and disgusting port a potty picked up. Ive ended up with a nice addition but it came at insanely high cost financially and emotionally."
