"Avoid this company for window installations. Initially, the sales process seemed appealing, especially considering their status as veterans. They emphasized a lifetime warranty, easy repairs and replacements, and prompt customer service due to their proximity to us. Enticed by their promises, we proceeded. However, after signing the contract in December 2021, our experience quickly deteriorated. Despite the pandemic, we patiently awaited our windows for months. We didn’t mind the wait, the primary issue was the complete lack of communication. We constantly had to chase them for updates regarding our installation. When the windows finally arrived, the problems continued. We were blindsided on the day of installation, as they subtly mentioned that three windows were missing. They also mistakenly uninstalled the wrong window, which then had to be reinstalled. Furthermore, windows on the second floor that are only accessible by a ladder were left tarnished and smudged. A first-floor window couldn’t stay open or lock properly. It was evident that their quality checks were lacking. This contradicted the assurances made during the sales process regarding prompt repairs and efficient communication. Even with a cascade of problems, it took weeks to receive a mere acknowledgment that assistance was required. There were endless empty promises of a visit to our house which, unsurprisingly, only happened after weeks of constant requests on our end. Currently, our less than one-year-old windows face leakage issues, most notably with our sizable picture window. Repeated attempts to schedule a visit have resulted in utter silence. We have been abandoned without a trace. Our expectations are not unreasonable. Having paid close to $17,000, we just want properly installed windows and a basic level of communication. If you don't want to spend weeks chasing them for below-average service and experience, it's best to take your business elsewhere."

"Well I contacted Rob about a house I was looking to buy and renovate. He met with me, was super nice, took down everything I wanted to do, etc. I then paid him $150 for a proposal. That’s where the problems started. Although he set the deadline himself, I kept hearing ‘tomorrow, tomorrow’ when I would ask for an update. Finally got it back. It was a pretty vague list of things and rough prices attached (ex. just “floors - $X” - not “hardwood in middle bedroom,” “tile in the kitchen,” and so on) and a shoddy drawing of a layout with hardly any detail and certainly not drawn to scale. Maybe my expectations were off there. But I want a little more than that before I go take out a loan and hire you to do a $100K job, amirite? But whatever, whatever - put that aside. It comes down to when I’m going to have to make a decision, need to get him approved by my bank... POOF. GONE. Radio silence. Won’t answer calls. Won’t answer texts. Won’t answer emails. I said he could just let me know if he didn’t want to take this on, etc. Just nothing. Strange way to run a business. Especially when the job you want people to hire you for is usually time sensitive and requires excellent communication. Honestly, I hope he’s okay and if I hear otherwise, I’ll consider removing this. But without more information, I wanted to give an honest review and give folks a heads up that this could happen again."
