When we looked at the contract, it stated that any additional charges will be agreed to in writing. Overcharged us for a $500 Polaris cleaner, stating it was worth $1350. Had to repair the pool frame because the side collapsed, not once, but twice. Put the skimmer near the most heavily trafficked area, did not order permits, and tried to have us pull permits (do not do this. It will be your responsibility if anything goes wrong). After the second payment, he basically stopped working our pool and we would have to text him every day asking what was going on. He was going to use the wrong wire that would have burned out because it was not the proper size. Placed the pool light switch as far away from the house as possible. Poured the step higher than the foundation and now we have water pooling when it rains. This was by far, the most inexperienced contractor I have ever had. He has no business owning a pool company. Avoid at all costs, no matter the savings you think you will get. Run away!"
