As usual with Jay Toyota they were prompt, thorough, gave detailed explanations of service, completed service in what I regarded as an acceptable amount of time (1hour 40 minutes) I waited for completion, however they would have provided a courtesy ride home had I desired.
The waiting area was clean, the restrooms were very clean and neat, there was a separate area should one not want to watch television. There are two areas that could use improvement:
ONE: Various staff passing through the waiting room area rather pointedly do not make eye contact with those in the waiting area and that makes for a somewhat "cold" atmosphere.
TWO: While this is a "Public" area it is a captive audience. I find it quite irritating that I am forced to listen to the cell phone conversation(s) of those who are inconsiderate enough to subject me to their conversations. There should be a NO CELL PHONE notice in area so the other customers are not bothered.

The sales persons are professional and friendly, without being overbearing. They have always worked with me on bringing the sales prices on cars down to other offers I have gotten from other dealerships, as well as quotes from Atlanta dealerships that I got on the Internet.
The service personnel are well-trained and helpful. They always call promptly, and they act professionally. They also have taken me to work before when needed after leaving my car there in the early morning.

The maintenance performed was completed in a timely manner and they staff was very professional. I like using Jay Toyota because it maintains my Toyota Care Plan, however, the cost compared to other places is kind of high.

They only reason I give this place a D is for customer service I had and lack of knowledge with the employees. And the ONLY reason i will go there in the future is simply because if i want the right parts with good quality i have to go here. The guy I spoke to originally was suppose to look at my bumper and see what was wrong with it. He came out there and sinply looked at it. I asked if he wanted me to remove the tape that was holding it together, and he said no. So he reccommeded us parts and we ordered them. I asked if we had to make an appointment or could we just go to the body shop anytime, and he said anytime should be fine. Wrong. I went down there, waited for 30 min, only for a rude receptionist to tell me i needed to make an appointment.
SO i made an appoinemnt and showed up only for a guy (who was actually nice) to tell me that the idiot ordered the wrong parts. I was so mad at this point. SO i sent my husband to return the parts and get a full refund because it wasnt our fault. Well he met with the same guy who sold us the parts. The guy said that wasn't him and denied it which i know it was him for a fact. We eventually got our money back after this extremely inappropriate jerk threw a pin across the counter for my husband to sign the receipt and was extremely rude. So if you see a skinny white guy with brown short hair with a skinny face, ask for someone else. He has no knowledge or respect!

The staff is really friendly, available and professional. The area is clean where you sit and they even have a wifi room and I like that a lot. They are effective and thorough and are timely. I would use them again.

It was a very smooth transition. We took the car in and it was mainly paid by the insurance and they paid them directly. We just had to pay the deductible. The quality was excellent. Their price was in line with any other estimates we had. They were very professional.

Overall the service seemed to be properly performed and the value for the service is fairly priced. What I don't like is how the customer service reps treat me. I have had my truck serviced abiut six times by them. Every time I walk in the service door I have to stand for five to tem minutes until someone at one of the service desks will look up and even notice I am there. I don't feel welcomed. They seem too busy to at least greet you and have a place to wait until they are ready to serve you. I even had a customer come in behind me and went past me to a reps desk and they took care of them before me. I am looking for another place to do my basic oil change and use them just for factory service.
