Also, for his Angi list reviews, the material samples presented and their quality, and his confidence to totally hide an exposed beam where others could not. This made for a smooth, and consistent looking deck ceiling. It was also where he fell in line regarding pricing. He was neither the least nor most expensive and quoted a higher quality deck material than all the other contractors. His quote included top of the line Trex deck boards with hidden fasteners vs. the others who quoted standard pressure treated lumber and exposed fasteners. And finally it was his agreement to obtain the necessary permits and his ?not a problem? allowance of written modifications to the quote prior to signing, His team was very professional a"
