"New Leaf Construction were professional and the bid was inline with other bids. They kept me informed of where they were on the project and when materials would be delivered. This part of the work I would give a New Leaf Construction a 4 to 5 star rating. What drop the rating was the poor quality of the finished work the porch was poured an inch inside the supporting wall. This resulted in refacing the face of the porch and this work is rough and uneven. The concrete was not work around the step forms and resulted in a pitted surface where the form boards were. Again it had to be resurfaced resulting in uneven surfaces. The driveway has gouge mark from the float. All these issues look like a first time crew did the work, not an experienced construction company."

The following morning asphault was placed and compacted to specifications. In addition he dressed the edges of both the drive & sidewalk with fresh topsoil. Mr. Jefferys and his employees had all heavy equipment necessary of the complete project efficiently & professionally. He maintained a clean workplace throughout the project and provided a one year warranty on materials & workmanship. I would not hesitate to hire him again & heartily recommend both the quality of his work and egarness to insure a truly exceptional conclusion to the project."

"the driveway looks nice, but the edge where it meets the street is not filled in properly. As a result, my car scrapes when we pull into the driveway, rendering it basically unusable. I have called, and texted several times, and left a few detailed messages asking them to come and look at it and see if there is something that they can do but they have not returned phone calls. My husband spoke to them once and they asked for photos, which he supplied, but since then they have not responded and it has been a couple of months. Considering that we paid them well over $3K for this work, and their lack of professionalism, I would not recommend them at all."
