"New Leaf Construction were professional and the bid was inline with other bids. They kept me informed of where they were on the project and when materials would be delivered. This part of the work I would give a New Leaf Construction a 4 to 5 star rating. What drop the rating was the poor quality of the finished work the porch was poured an inch inside the supporting wall. This resulted in refacing the face of the porch and this work is rough and uneven. The concrete was not work around the step forms and resulted in a pitted surface where the form boards were. Again it had to be resurfaced resulting in uneven surfaces. The driveway has gouge mark from the float. All these issues look like a first time crew did the work, not an experienced construction company."

There were plans other than a conceptual sketch and Reggie was most amenable to design changes and working with me to achieve the best possible outcome. "Thomas has done several projects for me. He built my front porch where he tore out the old porch and rebuilt it with railings and stairs. I recently had him replace some doors on my pack-house (shed), where he did some re-framing around the doors where it was rotten. He replaced some exterior siding, has done trim work, and built a pantry for me. He did an amazing job, it looked it was always here!
