I contacted on Friday October 17th 2025 and met their Representative McKenzie Sheffield that following Monday morning. I showed her the damaged areas and she took the time to listen at what I wanted. None of this was covered by insurance but the estimate was several thousand cheaper than what I expected. I wasn?t sure what colored I wanted and she picked a beautiful color. The next day she sent her workers and most of the time you didn?t know they were in the house. These men work fast, quiet and quick. "New Leaf Construction were professional and the bid was inline with other bids. They kept me informed of where they were on the project and when materials would be delivered. This part of the work I would give a New Leaf Construction a 4 to 5 star rating. What drop the rating was the poor quality of the finished work the porch was poured an inch inside the supporting wall. This resulted in refacing the face of the porch and this work is rough and uneven. The concrete was not work around the step forms and resulted in a pitted surface where the form boards were. Again it had to be resurfaced resulting in uneven surfaces. The driveway has gouge mark from the float. All these issues look like a first time crew did the work, not an experienced construction company."

He replaced some exterior siding, has done trim work, and built a pantry for me. He did an amazing job, it looked it was always here!
