"They broke out countertop, which was fine, they said they would fix it, it took 2 months to get it fixed and then they didn't put our sink together correctly and water was leaking underneath the sink into the cabinet. We decided we didn't want to continue services with them for a number of reasons, but apparently you have to continue with them for a year (which they never said, but it is in the contract we signed) they were unwilling to work with us on that, and therefore we paid off the rest of the year of service and asked them to not come back again. They only care about making money they don't' much care for the actual costumers. We have found a locally and family owned company to go with instead."

Ductwork sweats for the same reason you might find beading on your windows or why cold drinks drip in the heat—temperature difference. R-30 insulation is better for higher thermal resistance, but whether it’s "better" depends on the application. R-30 is much thicker and suited for areas like attics or floors in cold climates, where more insulation is required. R-13, on the other hand, is thinner and works well for 2x4 walls or milder climates where less insulation is sufficient. Choosing between R-13 and R-30 depends on the area being insulated and the climate. For example, R-30 provides more insulation but may not fit everywhere in your home.

It’s technically possible to install loose-fill cellulose insulation without a blower, but it’s much more time-consuming, tedious, and dangerous. You’ll need to wear the proper protective coverings to handle the cellulose after it’s been doused in boric acid; use a shovel when you can to transport the material from the bag into the wall cavity.
