"After over two years of issues with our Heat&Glo fireplace resulting in 4 visits and $1000+ in service charges and replaced parts we are still left with a fireplace that randomly cuts off and on. The last response from this group was to blame the issue on the overall gas supply but after having the gas company check every line pressure and connection twice it is obvious that the issue is the lack of experience this group has with existing fireplaces. They are more than happy to sell you a new system but are out of their league when it comes to servicing a unit outside of a simple cleaning. Since they tried chasing the issue by randomly replacing parts (that did not fix the issue) we are back to square one and are now looking for another company to service the system. Lesson learned the hard way - stay away from this company."

What I most appreciated was that he recommended what we actually needed versus gutter guards on the whole house- only one area has ever had a problem. I also appreciated that he gave us several options of gutter guard to choose from and recommended a specific one for our situation (pine needles). The quote was completely reasonable, and the work was expertly done. I plan to ask for a quote on another job as well. I would 100% recommend David and Rapid Reliable Repair- thank you so much! "
