"Kynon DeVoss of Ore Ambitions Welding answered my late Sunday morning inquiry almost immediately . He came to my hone on Tuesday and we looked at the project. That Thursday he brought the material to my home. The next Thursday he fabricated and installed two garden step handrails. The project was seamless and he was very pleasant to work with."

Prime Fence is a full service fence installation company. After 15 years in the business working for some of the largest fence companies in Georgia I decided to start Prime Fence. With my vast knowledge of the industry I have learned the industries best techniques. I have also learned the things to avoid with my business. Customer service is our number one goal. We treat every job like it was being done at our own homes. What we lack in years as a business we make up for with experience. We strive to keep a great reputation as putting each customer first. "TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First, I ordered 6x8 panels of white vinyl fencing. His employees began installing 6x6 panels without informing me of the change. When I asked the workers if this was the 6x8 panels, they told me that it wasn't and they knew I requested the 6x8 panels. No one bothered to ask me if I still wanted this service with the smaller panels. A worker informed me he called Justin and told him they didn't have the correct fence. Then, like other reviews state, a one day job turned into 2-3 days to complete. Also, like other reviews, the workers left without saying a word. Since the fence has been completed, I have spoken with Dustin several times, in person and over the phone. I had to haggle them to lower the cost of my installation because the 6x8 (which I ordered) cost more than the 6x6 I was given. The fence is wobbly in many sections and there are a few posts that have a serious looseness. I have called many times and even visited the office to have this work corrected and says he will show up to look and has yet to do so. He always gives an excuse as to why he did not show up, and now he does not even answer my phone calls. It has been over a month now and I am unsatisfied with the work I received, especially considering the cost of a vinyl fence. Consider using a different fencing company."

Posts for a horizontal fence should be no more than 6 feet apart. Wood pickets are not as strong when mounted horizontally as when mounted vertically.
