"They had a good price on emptying tank but of course they found other problems. A filter and some cover was missing. Found out those cot approximately $50 total. I was charged $1800 for about an hours work. Owner was very defensive and said I signed for it and I did. I am a disabled, senior citizen that knows nothing about plumbing (and other things) and when you are told you really need this done and this done or— then you let them do it. They also cut limbs off my crepe myrtle and left them in the yard. When I told the owner , he said they should have charged me for pruning! They did not provide photos of the tank, just filter. Never use them again."
