Sludgebusters was a great experience. I am a new to septic tanks, having had sewer for the last 30 years. My neighbors had horror stories about low up front pricing followed by being nickle and dimed to death adding up to a huge bill. That won't happen with Sludgebusters. Direct, all inclusive pricing, courteous service. Be sure to give them a look!!!!

Great! Their team was quick to respond and very professional. They took the time to explain the entire process and how to maintain my tank since this is our first home. He also made sure to inspect the tank and ensure that we wouldn’t have any issues moving forward. Driver messaged me 45 minutes ahead of time, as arranged. Arrived on time. Pulled an excavator into the back yard, dug down to find the tank lid, lifted it. Found the main line was clogged right at the baffle; he cleared that with a stick and the water gushed out into the tank. Pumped the 1,000 gallon tank for the flat $450, which included clearing the main line clog, put the lid back, replaced the dirt. Whole visit was about one hour and (assuming that was the only problem) saved me over $2100!!

I chose this company based on the great reviews that I saw on Angie's List. I could not be more happy with this company. Rudy is very fair and explained his price before doing any work and did not charge me a dime more than he quoted. I had another company quote me thousands of dollars more. Amazing work and very honest! I was so happy with the service they provided. I had originally contacted Rooter plus and they had given me a ridiculous price for pumping a perfectly good working tank. I found sludgebusters on Angi’s list and thank goodness I did. They came out the next day and gave me a very fair and affordable price. Very kind and professional all the way through. My experience with Sludgebusters septic,LLC service wasn't pleasant at all, Small company, big rip-off. Credit card user get ready to pay more, I have been charged $325 for a piece of PVC pipe value not more than $15, just plug in to a drain hole, 30 second labor job, with his bobcat over my Septic lid cause the lid to crack and I have been charged $600 to install a new lid. Over all 2 septic pumping cost me well over $2000.

"Sir we came to an agreement with price before I started any additional work besides the pumps. We have a flat rate on the pumps that was explained to you. You needed over 3500 dollars worth of work and I did it for half the price. We went as far as getting physically in the tank to remove all debris. Broken concrete lids. Roots. And old sludge to satisfy your needs. Also gave you a break on price for riser kite. Tank entry. Tank pump out. And I even paid your 3.5 percent taxes on the credit card payment to make you a happy customer. Believe me I’m all about customer satisfaction your just that one that couldn’t be satisfied. ONCE AGAIN I ALWAYS COME TO AGREEMENT WITH MY CUSTOMERS WITH PRICING BEFORE I MOVE FORWARD WITH ANY ADDITIONAL WORK."

Rudy did a great job. He did some investigation to see if we could repair the drain field without completely replacing it, and didn't charge anything extra. He was also willing to work with us on where the field lines could be placed, so we could retain most of our mature landscaping. We just had the septic tank pumped this time, but I would definitely hire him to put in the new drain field. Would definitely recommend this company!

All went well. Rudy called to let us know he was on the way. He was fast and efficient in his work. He answered the many questions my husband had while he was working. He left the work area smooth and tidy. He didn’t try to add services or upcharge. We would hire again.

Rudy and his team are LIFESAVERS. Christine called me to schedule an appointment literally within seconds of my claiming a 15% off deal here on Angie's List. The appointment was for tomorrow morning, but an hour or so later she texted to say Rudy was in the area and could come today. He and David (?--brain cramp--not sure if it's David or Daniel) were there within minutes. The pumped the tank, checked the field lines, blew out the lines, and had me check by flushing all the toilets a few times. They clearly explained everything they did and thoroughly cleaned up their work area. They were both incredibly polite and mindful of social distancing/pandemic protocols. I can't say enough good things--so happy to have a reliable tradesman now that I can call on if I ever have issues again. Well done, Sludgebusters!
