It was Christmas eve and he was a referrals referral. He came out right away and figured out the issue! He recommended part, I bought and he installed. Did oversell me and thought he was really fair. He's now my go to plumber.

Tim goes the extra mile when he shows up for a job. After completing what I hired him for, he noticed that my front door was sticking and he fixed it without my asking him to. He takes pride in his work and is very professional. You won’t find a better company to handle whatever job you have.

We have been VERY pleased with Tim. He's responsive, professional, prompt and reasonable. We asked for a quote and he provided it within 1 day and then scheduled the work within 1 week. He stands behind his work and is always responsive to my calls. Wouldn't use anyone else!!

I could not be happier with my decision to go with My Plumber. Tim and Bennet were awesome and everyone I met was very professional and friendly! They did quality work and the price was extremely reasonable compared to companies I used in the past. Tim even came out on a Sunday evening at no charge to check on everything. I will definitely be using them in the future if needed! I no longer have to worry about extreme flooding in my crawl space due to grey poly pipe and my water pressure is the best it has been since I moved into the house - an added and unexpected perk! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.
