When I first reached out to Screens of Georgia I received a reply asking for photos of my porch and rough dimension which I found a little strange a sales person would not come out to look and give me an estimate but I sent them the information. I received an email back from Derek, the owner of the company, giving me two different quotes, one for fixed screens and one for retractable screens. I called Derek to discuss the two different quotes and agreed on the fixed screen quote. I was instructed by Derek to email him back stating I wanted to go with the fixed screen quote and he would arrange for visit to the property. Three weeks later after three additional emails and four phone calls I have not received a reply from Derek or his team. Due to the lack of communication I would not recommend doing business with this company!"
