"It took 2 weeks before I was able to use my shower due to the shower leaking out the door. I notified the company and they sent out a supervisor, then it was a week from that visit that I was notified that someone was coming.to fix the leak, it took 2 weeks to resolve the issue. The contractor miss measured for my shower door and then had to cut 2 holes in my wall to place studs so he could attach the door correctly. He replaced the dry wall and applied the mud but never finished it. Also the trim work around the shower was poorly done. I am a 74 yr old widow and had to have someone else come and finish the wall and redo the trim"

"Morgan Pitman provided same day service to install a 50 gal tall gas water heater. Excellent customer service and workmanship while providing maintenance education. Old heater lasted 12 years so the cost and installation for replacement was staggering but less than competitors."

"Outstanding job. Quick and efficient. Came to give me an estimate the next day and two days later, my walk-in shower was installed. I had to replace a tub/shower combination due to cracks on the flooring and leaking water and I chose to replace it with a walk in shower. It is really nice and I love it."

"Oh my gosh, I don’t even know where to start. Tony arrived on the day and the time that we agreed upon , he gave me options on how to fix the repairs , we decided to replace the trim on the door frame where my puppy had chewed on it , Tony went to Home Depot and got what he needed and came right back and got to work. We also replaced the shoe molding where my puppy had chewed on that as well , Tony did an exceptional job, I am very pleased. I have asked Tony to give me a quote on converting my Bathtub/ shower combo into a low threshold walk-in shower. I would’ve gave Tony 10 stars if that had been an option.👍"

"I had water leaking underneath the side by side. They came promptly and diagnosed it - it wasn't a clogged ice maker drain as hoped, but found a small leak in the water pump. They replaced the pump and also recommended replacing the copper line with an aluminum line because copper lines are subject to failure; they also found extreme dust build up around the coils which, left untreated, could damage the compressor. They did all this in one hour. Very happy with the work."
