The customer service provided by Kayla to explain the company’s services and costs and to answer specific questions as well as work with my difficult timetable was great. Not many companies provide specialized, professional offsite cleaning for these types of rugs. They also have specific pet solutions to treat stains on carpets as well and provide a guarantee that these issues will be solved. Off to a good start. "They are the nicest folks. The owner even stopped by to inspect to make sure we were completely satisfied with the results. You just donâ t get that kind of follow up these days. We originally hired them to install porcelain tile in our bathroom. However, they ended up repairing and replacing a bad floor install that we previously paid someone else for.
