"Charity responded quickly to my call, and we scheduled a convenient time for the service. The technician called prior to arrival and arrived promptly. He inspected the system and cleaned the fire box and logs and repositioned the logs and bedding. He answered all my questions. The gas logs worked much better, and the fire was dispersed between the logs correctly. He was careful with his work and left the space clean and in order. I will definitely use this service provider again."

"They did a great job. On time, professional , knowledgeable and efficient. The cleaned my 20 foot dryer vent and now my dryer works even better. Checked all the smoke detectors explained how they work and how long they are good for. The same with the co2 detectors. He also explained about the fire extinguishers and which one are the best for which room. I will defiantly have them come back again next year for the yearly inspection.
