"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Everything was great! We lost our shop and part of our home several yrs ago to a house fire. We called Mr Greenway and he sprung into action immediately to see that everything was handled correctly. From the beginning till the keys were handed to us, he was more than willing to go out of his way for us. "The wrong shower tile was installed, the exhaust fan/light was not installed and not left at the job site, grab bar was not installed as requested, work site was left a mess. When concerns were voiced to the owner he stated "That's how we always do it" and that my disappointment was a list of "petty stuff". He advised that his customers were always satisfied and I had yelled and cursed at him which was not the way he does business. I may have yelled, but I was not a satisfied customer and wanted at least some sort of apology or indication that he had some responsibility in not doing the job as expected. That did not happen. Two and a half weeks later, I made a second call. He did offer to "fix" two of my issues (threshold not level with hall floor and install fan/light so that the light would work with the old fan - I had expected to have the new fan and light installed). I declined his offer as I have no faith that his fix will be any better than the work already done. I live out of state and would not be on site to see what was done. Additionally, there is no way for him to "fix" the wrong tile, the fan/light I provided and paid for is gone, as is the leftover paint that I paid for and I have already cleaned/scrubbed walls, floor, toilet, vanity, mirror and light fixture which all had grout or paint left on them.
