"This is not my company name. I do not own Chauncey Construction at all. Why is this bad review on my account? I have never done work for this customer at all. She is talking about Jason Chauncey not Ryan Hall."
"[Member Name Removed] We are very sorry you are not happy with our work. When we finished this project for your Aunt, we walked through the bathroom with her and she loved it. You stated she was legally blind and couldn't see anything, but she walked around the house and knew who where everything was. She also knew each an everyone of my guys by names. If you would of called us and asked if we could come back out to your Aunts property to fix a couple things that you are not happy about, we would have. But you called and started cussing at me and yelling. We don't tolerate cussing or yelling at all. We are a respectful company that does good work for our customers. We are sorry you are not happy with the work, but I have before an after pictures of this job and it turned out great."
