"Retired, moved here 2023. Service was Every Week during Season & Twice per month during OFF Season. Last time Legacy serviced Pool one time in November 2024! Apparently services were ended without any Notice / Communication - Not a Good Business Practice! Problems: Terrible COMMUNICATION! Supposed to service pool Friday?s. Pool had 5 Algae Blooms! Service days changed without notice & even skipped service. We left gate open for Service & Legacy Doesn?t show. Safety Issue / Liability! Service was Maintenance & Chemicals and any mechanical issues; I pay only for Parts. Halfway through Season changed to I need to buy Chemicals; now for repairs, there?s a Labor Charge. I think I deserved to be treated with Dignity & Respect. They just STOPPED Coming! Very Disappointed! "

Small business I started in 2021. Came in off the road after working 9 years doing shut downs. Decided to have a family so I now have a handsome baby boy. It’s always been a dream to own my own business and help others at a reasonable price and not charge them an arm and a leg. We specialize in remodeling but can also do machinery work, millwright maintenance, commercial carpentry, and property management. You name it and we can get it done. "I contracted with this company to install my pool. They said that they would start in 2 to 3 weeks. The installer showed up about three weeks after I paid them and said that it would take him about one day to do the installation. He did not return when he said he would. It has been almost a month now and the installation is still not completed. I have contacted the installer several times and have been given several promise to be here to finish the installation. The installer has not shown back up to finish. There were only a couple of minor things that needed to be completed. They left a back hoe with broken hydraulic hoses in my yard for about two weeks. They do not keep appointments and they just quit working on my job and have not been in contact with me to even try to explain why they walked off of the job without finishing. When I call the installer now he does not answer."
