"The nice lady I spoke with to get an estimate was friendly and able to answer all my questions. I had an appointment within the week. A gentleman named Brad came and did a walk through. He was nice and professional, show me some areas that needed more attention. The next day I noticed a huge difference! The chemical has no smell so my house never developed a nasty odor. He did a follow up and my issue had improved greatly! Spears Pest Control did the job right! Would definitely recommend to any and everyone in need!"

"I strongly caution anyone considering Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electrical to explore other options. If I could give a 0 star review, we would. We engaged Peaden for over five different services, and in every instance, the work was plagued with issues requiring multiple technicians to return and correct their own mistakes. In several cases, Peaden was ultimately unable to resolve the problems, forcing us to hire other licensed contractors at our own expense to complete the work properly. Their back office operations are equally disorganized and unprofessional. Peaden consistently failed to adhere to their own agreements, making billing and scheduling unnecessarily difficult. In one instance, they proposed a solution that we accepted, only to later attempt to unilaterally change the terms of the legally binding written agreement when the test results did not align with their expectations. On another occasion, they charged our credit card without authorization for a job that had not yet been completed. Communication was a constant struggle—we had to follow up repeatedly just to obtain basic information, only to be met with unfulfilled promises and a complete lack of accountability. Peaden frequently claims that customer satisfaction is their top priority and assures clients that they will make things right. However, these assurances are meaningless when the company lacks the competence to effectively resolve the very problems they create. Their repeated failures demonstrated an inability to deliver quality service, rendering their promises empty. Furthermore, despite explicitly instructing Peaden that they were no longer permitted on our property, they sent a contractor months after a job was completed to "touch up" paint. Given their history of subpar work, this appeared to be yet another attempt to address deficiencies they had failed to correct the first time—without our consent. Considering the repeated issues, wasted time, and additional expenses incurred due to their incompetence, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Peaden to anyone. A professional company should stand behind its work, honor agreements, and respect customer directives—unfortunately, Peaden has demonstrated the opposite at every turn."

He is a 20+ year Navy Senior Chief Electricians Mate whom challenged the curriculum at a local technical school and aced the test and proceeded to go in to business. His knowledge of theory and trouble-shooting a A/C & Heating system is tops in my book. I to am a retired Chief Petty Officer Sonar Technician whom fully understands the training and hands on expertise on a Navy Ship entails. Chuck "is" my AC guy. You won't be dissappointed by making him yours."

"After 5 months of partial solar production and constant system alerts, I now have no solar production and a solution does not seem to be in sight.  The system has been service on multiple occasions and one of the inverters was replaced, but nothing has resolved my problems. I am not sure why you are unable to fix the issues. The service people tend to show up unannounced and after a day of work tell me the system is working or they will return. Neither has been the case. I'm paying the loan for the system and FPL for power, since my system is way underperforming."
