Excellent service by a fellow named Chris. Responsive and cared about the problem. Issue centered around difficulty with excess cooling cost of a condo. Did thermal mapping and found excessive radiation heat from sun on a southwester facing window. Problem solved with a window coating film.

Excellent service by a fellow names Chris. Responsive and cared about my problem. Did thermal imaging to help find source of excessive heat in a condo and found large amount of radiation heat entering through a large southwestern facing window. Ended up putting a coating on the windows for radiation heat managment

Very pleased. Chris was extremely professional. The only reason I only gave it four stars on value is because I have not had it long enough to accurately assess that. I did however notice any immediate change in the amount of heat transferring through the Windows.
