"I've just had Amazon deep clean my home and I can't day enough about how great it looks. I have indoor cats and on top of that I'm a bit messy myself, so there was a lot of work to do. All the work was done by the family that owns the business and they were wonderful to work with. Everything was cleaned...ceiling fans, blinds, oven, floors, knickknacks, bookcases, everything!"

"The owners of Pristine Property Management have supported my property management needs prior to forming their new business and after. I’ve contracted with other services before and am so happy with the owners’ commitment to excellence that I haven’t ever needed to look at other service providers to meet my needs. They perform high quality work, which I expect but haven’t always seen from other providers. Maybe more importantly, their commitment to customer service comes second to none. In the rare occurrence I’ve needed follow up service or something unexpected, Pristine has always shown up with their best-in-class customer support. In terms of opportunities, they are scaling their business, which has concerned me about prioritization and availability. When I’ve reached out, though, I have had success with them making adjustments to their schedule to meet my needs, without seeing astronomical cost or price-gouging as a result. I strongly recommend this business and appreciate my good fortune that I have a highly dependable property management partner in this area, where other areas I have properties I haven’t been so fortunate."

"It went great, Melissa is prompt and efficient and the house looked and smelled great. She was not rushed or "drug her feet" either, took the time to answer any questions I kept asking her while she was working. After she left I of course inspected the house and couldn't find one thing not done that I asked, as a matter of fact there certain things that other companies overlooked in the past that she made sure was clean. I am a reoccurring customer now and plan to stay that way. Thanks maid for hire

"I had some major clearing and landscaping work. T&W did such good work that I hired him for one small and one large job after the initial hire. They were on-time and did a beautiful job. I would definitely hire them again"

Buffing and Polishing questions, answered by experts

Stone is professionally restored and polished by cleaning the surface, removing stains and scratches, filling any cracks, and using specialized equipment to polish to the desired finish.

Yes, it is possible to buff and polish your floors yourself, particularly for smaller areas. However, this is considered an intermediate-level DIY project that is time-consuming and requires patience and know-how. The process involves cleaning the floors before applying a polish, which can be done manually with a cloth or with a rented or purchased floor buffer and buffing solution. If not done correctly, you risk leaving burn-like marks, puddles, or an uneven finish, which could lead to costly repairs. For larger spaces or to ensure a professional result, hiring a professional is often worthwhile. They use industrial equipment to complete the job faster, providing a deep clean and a more even, polished finish without damaging your floors.

Unsealed granite is more susceptible to staining and other damage. Regularly sealing your granite countertops decreases the chances you’ll need to repair damaged countertops in the future. It also keeps it looking shiny rather than becoming dull over time. You can check whether your granite needs resealing by putting a few drops of water on the counter and waiting 15 minutes to see whether the water permeates the surface.

Buffing is a less expensive and less time-consuming alternative to other floor repair techniques, but it’s only ideal for removing surface-level scratches and damages. Floor-buffing machines work to gently smooth out the floor’s top layer rather than removing it the way that sanding does.

This process is ideal for gently worn floors, but it won’t have the desired impact on floors with severe damage. On the other hand, sanding fully strips the floor’s top layer so damages beneath the surface are accessible to remove or repair. Since the process is more involved, it requires more time, tools, and experience to achieve the best possible results.

You can’t change the color of the stone, but you can update granite countertops without replacing them by painting them. Because granite is a porous material, you’ll want to seal them first before painting them so that the paint doesn’t hurt the surface. This is important because you don’t want to devalue your counters by damaging the original surface; even if you don’t like the color now, you or a new homeowner may want to remove the paint someday and return them to their original color. You can also cover them with
